Hello and happy Monday to you -
I wanted to chat today about Single Rider lines at Disney World.
If you've never heard of them, they are a separate lane you can enter at some rides that the Cast Members use to fill empty spots on the rides.
For those willing to use Single Rider lines, it almost always saves a lot of time waiting. The biggest downside is that you usually don't get to ride with your party.
These are the rides that always offer it at Disney World:
In addition to that list, Disney World has also been offering it occasionally on rides like Soarin', Rise of the Resistance, and Remy's (which just started testing today), so be on the look out for signs during your visit to see if it's an option.
A few things to know:
- You have to be at least 7 years old to ride alone
- Flight of Passage was built with a single rider line but it hasn't been used
- This is a good way to do multiple rides on 1 ride without long waits
Single Rider lines are just 1 method we suggest to reduce time waiting in lines. Check out our touring plans for all 4 parks for more info on how to ride more and wait less.
QUICK TIP OF THE DAY |
|
If little ones can’t ride a ride, don’t make them sit and wait for everybody else. Keep little kids busy doing other things. We have a chart of ideas in our Rider Switch article to keep little ones nearby but busy while bigger kids and adults ride.
